TreasurerJodi Burns Executive Director of Heart of Hope Sanctuary for Women in Louisiana since March 2010. Jodi has served on the NCHC Conference Committee since 2012 and serves as the Treasurer of the NCHC Board since 2023.
Mike Perez
Mike is a fourth generation San Diegan. He graduated from Valhalla High School, Stanford University and the UCLA School of Law. Mike has been practicing law as a trial attorney for 30 years, both in civil law firms and for nearly a decade as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice. For the past 12 years, Mike has been the Managing Partner of PEREZ VAUGHN & FEASBY. Mike also coaches high school wrestling at St. Augustine.
Mike and Beckie have four amazing children. Tony just graduated from the University of Notre Dame and has moved to New York, Jacqui is a 17 year old entering her senior year, Michael is a 11 year old entering 6th grade, and 7 year old Ezekiel is excited for second grade. Mike and Beckie are also foster parents and recently celebrated the adoption of their current placement. They are blessed and grateful.

Jenny Reeger
Jenny Reeger is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Heritage House. She founded Heritage House in September of 2021 alongside her husband, Luke. Jenny has been serving pregnant mothers and infants at Heritage House since 2023, and is passionate about focusing on homeless prevention, trauma-informed care, and building a heritage for generations to come. Jenny has worked and volunteered in Pregnancy Support Services for over 13 years.
Meghan DeLuca
Meghan DeLuca, Executive Director of Guiding Grace Family Support Network, is a life-affirming advocate for families, creating models that restore stability and open pathways to independence. With a thoughtful, collaborative approach, she works to strengthen communities and support families as they rebuild.
