Amy Jones, Founder of Servants for Life in Raleigh NC. Amy has 26 years experience in pro-life ministry and maternity housing. Amy serves as Board Chair of the National Christian Housing Community.
Ashley Potts
Ashley Potts, Founder of Selah Creek Maternity home in Rockwall, Texas, since 2015. Ashley has served on the NCHC Board since 2022. Ashley in on staff and serves as the Administrator of the National Christian Housing Community. 
Jodi Burns
Treasurer

Jodi Burns Executive Director of Heart of Hope Sanctuary for Women in Louisiana since March 2010. Jodi has served on the NCHC Conference Committee since 2012 and serves as the Treasurer of the NCHC Board since 2023.

Mike Perez

Mike is a fourth generation San Diegan. He graduated from Valhalla High School, Stanford University and the UCLA School of Law. Mike has been practicing law as a trial attorney for 30 years, both in civil law firms and for nearly a decade as a federal prosecutor with the Department of Justice. For the past 12 years, Mike has been the Managing Partner of PEREZ VAUGHN & FEASBY. Mike also coaches high school wrestling at St. Augustine.

Mike and Beckie have four amazing children. Tony just graduated from the University of Notre Dame and has moved to New York, Jacqui is a 17 year old entering her senior year, Michael is a 11 year old entering 6th grade, and 7 year old Ezekiel is excited for second grade. Mike and Beckie are also foster parents and recently celebrated the adoption of their current placement. They are blessed and grateful.

Sarah Sutay
Secretary
Sarah founded Light House Station in Warsaw, New York, in 2015. She has 15 years of experience counseling teens and serves on the NCHC Board since 2021.
Sue Baumgarten
Vice-Board Chair

Sue Baumgarten, Served as Housemom, Board Member and Executive Director of LifeHouse Houston. Sue serves as Vice-Chair of the National Christian Housing Community.

Amber Hornsby
Amber has a degree in Social Work and has been serving for 15+ years in the US and internationally in human resources and service projects. Her prior work experiences have developed her current skill sets to work with people across demographics relationally and administratively. Amber’s role within ESTHER Homes is not only administrative, but she works directly + lives with the families to map out and research different resource options that best meet their direct needs.
Bill P George
Since 2016, Bill George, has served on the Board of Directors for 29:Eleven Maternity Home in San Diego, California. Bill has attended 9 consecutive National Christian Housing Conferences beginning in Houston, Texas. Bill proudly joined the NCHC Conference planning committee in January 2026.
Frank Garcia
Frank and Alayna Garcia have been serving pregnant women and their precious little ones at Road 2 Hope Maternity Homes, for over 11 years. They are now privileged to do so with their daughter Sofia. Frank has been blessed to serve in multiple roles, primarily as House Dad. Frank is honored to be serving as a committee member having been a part of the National Christian Housing Community for over 5 years.
Jenny Reeger

Jenny Reeger is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Heritage House. She founded Heritage House in September of 2021 alongside her husband, Luke. Jenny has been serving pregnant mothers and infants at Heritage House since 2023, and is passionate about focusing on homeless prevention, trauma-informed care, and building a heritage for generations to come. Jenny has worked and volunteered in Pregnancy Support Services for over 13 years.

Meghan DeLuca

Meghan DeLuca, Executive Director of Guiding Grace Family Support Network, is a life-affirming advocate for families, creating models that restore stability and open pathways to independence. With a thoughtful, collaborative approach, she works to strengthen communities and support families as they rebuild.
